1. Proprietary Rights and Restrictions

All software components, custom illustrations, compiled user interfaces, underlying source files, visual layout sheets, CSS rules, script engines, mathematical logic pipelines, and backend routing parameters are the exclusive proprietary property of Best Analytic Business Solutions Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license solely to view, execute, and interact with the application through the officially hosted and licensed browser endpoints.

2. Scope of Authorized Platform Use

By accessing or utilizing Accelerated Logic, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding digital communication and intellectual property. The workspace must be used solely for developer training, private software creation, dynamic component testing, and visual design layouts. Any exploitation of the platform to conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated payload delivery, or network scanning is strictly prohibited.

3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

By accessing this service, you strictly agree and bind yourself NEVER to perform, attempt, or coordinate the following:

• Duplicate, clone, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or translate any part of the platform's client-side files, UI layouts, or stylesheets.
• Download, host, or execute this application raw inside a local server, private computing cluster, or unauthorized hosting node without an active enterprise license.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, inspect, or decrypt the client-side bundles, React framework packages, or compiler interface controllers.
• Automate content scraping or data collection protocols to compile the platform's unique developer guides or blog assets.

4. Contractual Integration & Legal Action

Unauthorized reproduction, local compiling, or commercial distribution of this software constitutes direct copyright infringement under United States federal law (Title 17, U.S. Code), and a willful breach of this binding digital contract. The author reserves the absolute right to issue immediate DMCA takedown notices, disable access protocols, and pursue statutory damages up to $150,000 per willful infringement, as well as breach of contract claims in competent jurisdictions.

5. Third-Party API Key Responsibility & Compliance

When inputting your personal API keys (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) into the workspace, you agree that you are solely responsible for managing any associated service costs, token limits, and compliance with the respective provider's terms. Accelerated Logic acts strictly as an interface wrapper and does not assume liability for any API charges, overages, or rate-limiting bans.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This platform is provided entirely on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Best Analytic Business Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, workspace corruption, compilation errors, or server downtimes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
